We only collect what a scheduling conversation actually needs:
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, bank details, social security numbers or any other financial information through this website. Payment happens after the work is done, in person or by invoice.
What you send us is used to return your call, quote the job, schedule the visit and follow up on warranty work. That is the entire list. We keep job records so that when you call back next season we already know which controller is on the wall and which zones were repaired.
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise pass your contact information to other companies. We are not a lead generation service and we do not forward homeowner requests to third-party contractors. Nobody buys our estimate requests, because we do not sell them.
We do not send bulk promotional email. If we contact you, it is about your job.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own and does not build a profile of you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs, which are used to keep the site online and to identify abuse. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing any function on this site.
Estimate requests and job records are retained for as long as the business relationship and Florida record-keeping needs require, then deleted. Information is kept on password-protected systems and access is limited to the people who schedule and perform the work.
Write to [email protected] and ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable period. Asking us to delete your record simply means we start from scratch if you call again.
This is a residential service business and the site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continued use of the site after that means the updated policy applies.
